In the current market refurbishing or repurposing existing building is a sensible solution to deliver new space to match demand quickly. Helpfully, the office buildings that were built 25 years ago that are coming to the end of their first lease span, often have excellent floor plates, good floor to floor heights and capacity for powerful AC systems. We are experienced in refitting these and their systems, sometimes with extensions and floor plate modifications to deliver a new lease of life, as good as new, for a new generation of tenants.
