Pringle Brandon Perkins+Will has secured first place in the annual Interior Architect Rankings for London, for the third time in a row.
Compiled by Metropolis Property Research, the independent research identifies the top achievers in terms of fit-out for end users taking new office space within Central London. Pringle Brandon Perkins+Will has the top spot with 24% of the market share from the top 10 firms.
The total take-up of all office space in Central London between 2009-2013 has been 49.6million sq ft, and large deals (over 25,000 sq ft), which form the basis for the Top 10 research, amounted to 24.7 million sq ft, or about 48% of the total.
Those firms in the Top 10 have over the last five-years completed, or have underway, 11.2 million sq ft of interior projects, which comprises 45.3% of all large deals in Central London between 2009-2013.
International construction services company, ISG topped the fit out contractor table. Pringle Brandon Perkins+Will have worked with ISG on five projects greater than 25,000 sq ft between 2009-2013.
