Perkins+Will is pleased to recognize its first class of Fitwel Ambassadors:
• Chad Hampton, Washington D.C.
• Kate Kerbel, New York, New York
• Kelly Link, Minneapolis, Minnesota
• Kevin Goldsmith, London, England
• Paula McEvoy, Atlanta, Georgia
Fitwel Ambassadors are leaders in the movement to create built environments that promote health and wellness. As experts in the design and policy strategies needed to achieve Fitwel certification, Fitwel Ambassadors serve as knowledgeable resources for clients seeking a way to differentiate themselves through evidence-based, healthy workplace design. Every Fitwel Ambassador must successfully complete a course and pass an exam to earn the designation.
“All around the firm, Perkins+Will staff are becoming Fitwel Ambassadors so that, once Fitwel certification is available worldwide this spring, we can expertly and efficiently guide our clients through the process,” says Paula McEvoy, Perkins+Will’s Co-Director of Sustainability. “From understanding the purpose and rationale of the program to knowing how to navigate the Fitwel Digital Scorecard, our clients will be able to count on us.”
Over the next several weeks, the firm expects to name at least seven more Fitwel Ambassadors, representing Perkins+Will’s Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and Vancouver offices.
