The Minneapolis office of Perkins+Will announces the addition of Kristen Workman, senior change management strategist, and Jennifer Christiaansen, director of operations, to the team. Workman will serve as a dedicated leader for the change management team, while Christiaansen will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Minneapolis office of Perkins+Will.
About Kristen Workman
Kristen Workman brings over 20 years of change management experience, primarily in the commercial real estate industry. For nearly a decade, Kristen has been working exclusively with a healthcare company, where she transitioned over 70,000 employees into a new progressive workplace. She also holds Prosci & LaMarsh Change Management certifications, and a Six Sigma Green Belt. The addition of Kristen Workman represents a significant investment in the practice of change management at Perkins+Will, fortifying the firm-wide workplace planning and strategies team led by Lisa Pool in Minneapolis.

About Jennifer Christiaansen
Jennifer Christiaansen returns to Perkins+Will after almost 20 years, having begun her career in the Chicago office of Perkins+Will in 1997. Her professional experiences include roles at the Architectural Association in London, the British School in Rome, and three Minneapolis-based architecture firms. As an architect, Jennifer has designed and managed commercial work, educational projects, and corporate interiors while focusing on business development and operational strategy. Her work at Children’s Hospital Pain and Palliative Care Center was the recent recipient of the 2016 AIA MN Merit Award.
