Krisan believes that every campus tells a story. An institution's unique physical, cultural, academic and operational strategies are reflected in its facilities and open space. To ensure that the campus master plan reflects this context, she builds consensus through stakeholder-centered solutions. She enjoys workshop facilitation and her proven leadership and planning expertise promote collaborative decision-making among diverse constituencies. She works closely with each institution to ensure that land and building use, open space, wayfinding and circulation along with campus design principles strengthen image, identity and sense of place.
Krisan has more than 20 years of national and international experience ranging from private institutions such as Carleton College and Notre Dame, emerging state universities such as Kennesaw State and Georgia Southern, to academic medical and health science centers such as UT Southwestern and Florida International.
