Optimistic, confident and engaging, Sarah Stanford leads the interior design team with a keen eye for creativity and innovation. With over a decade of experience, Sarah is particularly talented at creating spaces that have a meaningful impact on teams, business and culture.

Achim Charisius, Associate, Project Architect
Dedicated, thoughtful and refined, Achim Charisius is an accomplished architect adept at balancing design excellence with sustainability and technical delivery. With 14 years of international experience, Achim has contributed to an exceptional range of projects that continue to advance the Vancouver practice forward.

Melissa Sachs, Associate, Marketing Manager
Inspired, strategic and resourceful, Melissa Sachs leads a talented marketing team who work collaboratively to bring marketing ideas to life. A member of Perkins+Will since 2004, she is proudest of finding solutions that marry creativity, efficiency and effectiveness.
